Madhouse you hail from:
San Rafael, California and Harlech, UK
What makes you think you're so great:
I am primarily a theatre kid who grew up in the wings and catwalks. (There are no cats in catwalks fyi,
nor do people go about in skintight leather). I have worked for Peninsula Ballet Theatre, Redwood Empire
(no that is not run by Darth Vader), Marin Ballet, Marin Dance Theatre (yes they are rivals-- I was a double agent)
and a variety of others. Productions include "The Chronicles of Narnia", "The Great Divorce", "Sophie and
the Enchanted Toyshop", "Bijoux", "The Dream", "A Midsummer Night's Dream", "La Bayadere", "Napoli" and
various other works. If you are waiting for something to do with audio work, get some popcorn as it will be a while.
I am involved with independent film, particularly in Berkeley and Sebastapol and spent two years in film school.
I have edited three award-winning films, including "Perspectives" and a rendition of the Scottish Play. I am also a published
author, I write non-fiction historical works as well as literary criticism, primarily of English novels before 1900, concentrating
on the 14th and 15th centuries. I am a historical re-enactor and living historian (that doesn't mean I'm not a zombie,
it means I portray history oh never mind) in the 1860s and 1901. So audio... ahh it is too long already.
Skeletons in the Closet:
I am involved at Darker Projects, Broken Sea Audio Productions, Pendant Audio and currently have a series called
Maudelayne that is about Oxford University and another series that is an adaptation of Horatio Hornblower based upon
the books and A&E miniseries. I voice act in several shows, mostly Star Trek or Doctor Who related.
What you always wanted to know but were afraid to ask:
I'm single never been in a relationship or dated or anything. Basically men ignore me. End of rant.
Pets: Currently someone I know owns a leech, does that count? I can't afford a pet right now.
If I could it would be a kingsnake called Tom Riddle (yes I have an obsession with Christian Coulson).
